1. Scope of Service
Lethal Home Consulting provides a cosmetic-only, visual evaluation of mobile and manufactured homes.
This service:

Is non-invasive and visual only

Covers visible surface-level defects and finish conditions
-
Does NOT include structural, engineering, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, foundation certification, FHA/HUD compliance, or code inspections
If a component is concealed, inaccessible, or not visible at the time of inspection, it is excluded from evaluation.
2. No Guarantees or Warranties
The evaluation reflects the visible condition of the home at the time of inspection only.
Lethal Home Consulting:

Makes no guarantees regarding future performance

Does not warrant hidden, latent, or future defects

Does not guarantee negotiation outcomes or repair results
No warranties, express or implied, are provided.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:

Provide safe and full access to the property

Ensure utilities are active if applicable

Disclose known issues when requested
Areas that are unsafe, locked, obstructed, or inaccessible are excluded from findings.
4. Payment & Refund Policy

Payment is due prior to or at the time of inspection confirmation.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

No refunds will be issued once the inspection has been performed.
Rescheduling may be permitted based on availability.
5. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the fee paid for the evaluation.
Lethal Home Consulting shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
-
Repair costs
-
Loss of opportunity or transaction impact
The client agrees that this limitation is reasonable and enforceable.
6. Report Usage
The evaluation report is intended solely for the client who purchased the service.
The report may not be reproduced, redistributed, or relied upon by third parties without written permission.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
